No – actually, I have not been off-line because I am in mourning for the Breakers – although I AM quite bummed that they didn’t make the play-offs (AND that their season ended with a terrible bit of officiating).
What happened was that we lost our internet this morning. Turns out it was a modem problem – and Fairpoint was actually helpful in getting it resolved.
Maybe I’ll need to revise my thinking … a bit.
Back to the Breakers – I’m sad to say good-bye to Kelly Smith and Alex Scott – and sure hope Lil will be back next year. Here’s a nice article by Smith – just tidbits about team England, the Euros, the Breakers, physical therapy, etc. She puts together a very enjoyable read!
I hear the Euro’s won’t be televised. That’s a real shame … and I’ll keep an eye out, in case someone changes his or her mind as the tournament gets closer.
